Astrotarot Application User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the creators of the Astrotarot Application ("Astrotarot") regarding your use of the Astrotarot Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Astrotarot Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Astrotarot Application.
1- The Astrotarot Application is intended for personal use only. You may use the Astrotarot Application to access your daily horoscope, read horoscope characteristic interpretations, view the horoscope characteristics of individuals you have added to the application, and access tarot card readings including Yes-No and Classic 3 Card Tarot readings.
2- Access to certain features of the Astrotarot Application requires the use of credits. Credits may be earned by watching advertisements, sharing with friends, or by purchasing credits through the Astrotarot Application.
3- The Astrotarot Application allows you to submit user-generated content, such as reviews and comments. You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that the content you submit is your own, and you grant Astrotarot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, display, distribute, and sublicense the content.
4- Your privacy is important to us. The Astrotarot Application collects and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Astrotarot Application.
5- Astrotarot reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Astrotarot Application at any time and for any reason. If Astrotarot terminates this Agreement, your right to use the Astrotarot Application will immediately cease.
6- THE ASTROTAROT APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ASTROTAROT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7- IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTROTAROT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE ASTROTAROT APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
8- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Astrotarot regarding the use of the Astrotarot Application. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
Astrotarot reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Astrotarot Application after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
